A half day course for sales and lettings valuers, this course covers things an exceptional valuer needs to do before, during and after an appointment to win the business at the right price and on the right terms. The key objectives are improving conversion rates, securing appropriate asking prices and maximising fees. It has received amazing feedback and positively influenced the performance of all who have attended it. The course will cover:

Effective canvassing for instructions
Generating instruction/valuation appointments and getting in front of potential clients
Booking appointments to an ‘exceptional standard’
Getting ahead of your competition before you meet the client face to face
Trial closing at every stage of the appointment
Walking away with the client’s commitment
Securing optimum fees every time
Effective follow up and use of previous contacts to generate valuations and instructions
Maximising the number of instructions you sell through enhanced vendor care and feedback

Time: 1.30pm arrival for a 2pm prompt start to 5pm approx.

Terms and Conditions
  1. All current seminar places are £109 + VAT.
  2. Delegate rate includes all course materials.
  3. All bookings will be confirmed and acknowledged within 7 days.
  4. All bookings require payment within 7 days of confirmation received by client.
  5. Cheques should be made payable to 'T.M. Training & Development'.
  6. Full joining instructions together with receipt will be issued at least 14 days prior to the event.
  7. TM Training & Development undertake to refund course fees in full should any course fail to meet expectations.
  8. TM Training & Development reserve the right to cancel courses at reasonable notice when a full refund will be offered.
  9. With the exception of item (viii) above, course fees are non-refundable once paid.
  10. Once places have been reserved online, payment will be due even in the case of delegates failing to attend the event
  11. Delegate substitutions can be made at any time without penalty.
