Terms and conditions (after reading, please tick the box beneath to agree to the terms and conditions of online booking)
i) All current seminar places are £95 + VAT.
ii) Delegate rate includes all course materials.
iv) All bookings will be confirmed and acknowledged within 7 days.
v) All bookings require payment within 7 days of confirmation received by client.
vi) Cheques should be made payable to 'T.M. Training & Development'.
vii) Full joining instructions together with receipt will be issued at least 14 days prior to the event.
viii) TM Training & Development undertake to refund course fees in full should any course fail to meet expectations.
ix) TM Training & Development reserve the right to cancel courses at reasonable notice when a full refund will be offered.
x) With the exception of item ix) of the terms & conditions, course fees are non-refundable once paid.
xi) Once places have been reserved online, payment will be due even in the case of delegates failing to attend the event
xii) Delegate substitutions can be made at any time without penalty.
